Multi-Function Food Packaging Bag Making Machine for Flexible Materials

The ZBZD series bag making machine is designed for producing various types of packaging bags including three-side sealing bags, center sealing bags, and four-side sealing bags. It is widely used in food packaging, daily product packaging, and industrial flexible packaging production.

Multi-Type Bag Production

This machine supports multiple bag types including flat bags, center seal bags, gusset bags, stand-up bags, and zipper bags, providing flexibility for different packaging requirements.

Advanced PLC Control System

The whole machine is controlled by a centralized PLC system with a user-friendly human-machine interface. Operators can easily switch between Chinese and English interfaces, ensuring convenient operation and maintenance. The system integrates automatic counting, batch setting, and intelligent control functions.

High Precision Servo & Tension Control

Equipped with imported double servo motors, the machine ensures precise material feeding and stable bag length control. The automatic tension control system, combined with LPC edge alignment and inverter-driven feeding, guarantees smooth and accurate material handling.

Intelligent Sealing & Temperature Control

The sealing system uses inverter-driven motors and PID temperature control for sealing bars, allowing non-contact automatic temperature adjustment within a range of 0–300°C. This ensures strong and consistent sealing quality for different materials.

Flexible Production & Automation Functions

The machine supports multiple advanced functions including automatic punching, trim cutting, rewinding, and static elimination. Operators can choose different operation modes such as fixed-length control or photocell tracking. Punching rhythm, batch quantity, and feeding cycles (1–6 times skip feeding) can all be preset to meet different production needs.

Efficient Production Management

With built-in counting, batch accumulation, and batch conveying functions, the machine improves production management efficiency and reduces manual intervention.
